POPOEVER 在日志中提到如果服务器是在国外的话，MovableType 中需要根据服务器是否采用夏令时来调整为 UTC+7 或者 UTC+8。这一点在当初 POPO 为我开空间时就跟我提到了，但是因为我本来的时区设置就是 UTC+8 的，发现没有错误就没有改。昨晚 POPO 回复我的留言说访客留言的时间就应该已系统时间为准了，为此我特地在 GuestBook 里面测试了一下，发现仍然是对的。这么说来在 WordPress 中就不需要考虑夏令时的问题了？
