最近升级了公司电脑的 Office 版本到 2007（正版^_^）。因为我平时一大半的时间在用 Outlook，这次升级后发现 2007 版本的比 2003 版本的好用多了，很多贴心的功能。比如：
- 导航栏和待办事项栏可以收起在窗口边缘，收起后仍可以一键访问最爱文件夹
- 别人更新会议邀请后，更新的内容（时间，地点或者与会者）会自动高亮显示
- 回复别人的邮件时，往往需要在其他人的邮件内容中间加上自己的注释，此时 Outlook 2007 会自动选择和原本文本颜色不同的颜色，并且标注上你的名字
- Follow up flag 更加好用，两次按键就可以选择你是要在今天，明天，本周还是下周跟踪这件事情
- 发送邮件的同时可以设置 follow up flag，提醒自己以后需要检查别人的回复
- 等等
以上是我这次升级的最大理由，这几天用下来发现还不错。网络上提到的 2007 版本会收邮件太慢的问题我到还没有遇到过，看来 RP 不错。
据说 Outlook 2010 还支持了类似 GMail 的会话功能，这对于我这种每天有上百封邮件的来说太妙了。不知什么时候才能升级到 Outlook 2010 版本，嗯，到 2012 年应该可以了吧。
